Core Ability & Program Outcomes Blackboard Site

This site is a self-paced training site for MATC faculty to learn about the development and assessment of MATC Core Abilities and Program Outcomes for MATC Students in the Classroom.

After completing this training a faculty member should be able to do the following:

1. Identify various activities and formative assessment techniques for core abilities and program outcomes.
2. Describe specific examples of formative and summative assessment.
3. Analyze a Learning Outcome Matrix for a sample program.
4. Document summative assessments for core abilities and program outcomes.
5. Identify various options for summative assessments for core abilities and program outcomes.
