Cancellation of Admissions Application

    To cancel your acceptance into a program:

    Submit your completed Cancellation of Application (PDF, 956 KB) form in-person with photo ID to the Enrollment Center - Truax, Room 159, or Enrollment Center - Downtown Campus, Room D117; or submit by mail or fax to:

    If your cancellation is received by July 1 for Fall semester or December 5 for Spring semester, your $50 reservation fee will be refunded to you.

    To cancel your wait list status:

    If you are on a wait list for a degree program and would like to cancel your wait list status, please submit your completed Cancellation of Application (PDF, 956 KB) form (see submission instructions above). Your full $50 reservation fee, if it has not yet been applied towards tuition, will be refunded upon receipt of your written Cancellation of Application.     The Application Fee is non-refundable.
