Campus-to-Campus Shuttle Service

The Campus-to-Campus Shuttle Service is provided by Lamers Bus Lines, Inc. & started in August 2010. 

The EAST shuttle runs between the Downtown Campus & the Truax Campus. The WEST shuttle runs between the Downtown Campus & the West Campus.  The shuttles operate from 7:00 am until 5:20 pm, Monday through Friday, when classes are in-session during the fall & spring semesters, including final exam weeks.

Departures are "on the hour" from the Downtown Campus & "on the half-hour" from the Truax Campus & the West Campus.

Downtown departures are from the Dayton Street entrance at 7 am, 8 am, 9 am, 10 am, 11 am, noon, 1 pm, 2 pm, 3pm, 4 pm & 5 pm.

West departures are from the main entrance. Truax departures are from the driveway on the south side of the building, near the cafeteria entrance & Administration Building.  Please use the solar-powered transit shelter while you wait at Truax.  West & Truax departures are at 7:30 am, 8:30 am, 9:30 am, 10:30 am, 11:30 am, 12:30 pm, 1:30 pm, 2:30 pm, 3:30 pm, 4:30 pm. 

Currently enrolled, degree-credit students are eligible to ride the shuttle by presenting their Madison College OneCard as they board the shuttle.

The shuttle service is an enhancement of the long-standing Bus & Para-Transit Program created "by students, for students" under the leadership of the Madison College Student Senate.  Improvements made to the shuttle service, based on student feedback, include extended service hours.  Keep that feedback coming!
