Certificates
A certificate
is a collection of courses which gives the learner a specific or
desirable set of skills. Certificates help individuals upgrade skills
to keep abreast of changes in the workplace. These courses usually
count toward more complete degrees and diplomas but can often provide
the learner a jump start on emerging occupational trends.
