    Christine Gruneberg, Government Contract Specialist
    Christine has been with BPAC since March 2000. She has over 20 years in professional marketing and market research consulting. She has a bachelors and a masters degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Chris assists Wisconsin businesses in the initial phases of contracting and identifies a firm's potential government market.     Ann Johns, Government Contract Specialist CCAS
    Ann has been with BPAC since 1992 and has a B.A. from San Jose State University in California. She helps Wisconsin businesses in many areas of Federal acquisition and contracting matters including assessing government markets, product research, proposal assistance and contract compliance issues. Ann is BPAC's resident expert in dealing with the General Services Administration (GSA) with over 20 years experience in obtaining and marketing of GSA contracts.     Dave Olson, Government Contract Specialist
    Dave joined BPAC in October 2008. He has over 30 years of federal contracting experience. He spent 26 years with the US Air Force in Michigan, England, and Washington State and over 4 years with the US Army Reserve at Fort McCoy. He has served as a buyer, contract administrator, contracting officer, division chief, small business specialist, and Director of Business Operations (Deputy Squadron Commander). Dave has a bachelors degree in Secondary Education from the UW River Falls and a masters degree in Public Administration from Troy State University.     Saundra Schroud, Government Contract Specialist CCAS
    Saundra joined BPAC in January 2009. She has over 25 years of management experience – ten of those years as the Assistant Purchasing Agent with the City of Chicago. Saundra has provided technical assistance to businesses, including disadvantaged, minority and women-owned business in her capacity at the City as well as a consultant with two minority-owned firms.  Saundra has a Bachelors of Arts degree in Psychology from the University of Wisconsin Madison.     Ralph Steckman, Government Contract Specialist
    Ralph has been with BPAC since 1991. His knowledge and experience in the government contracting field is extensive, having worked as a private contractor, a marketing representative for several companies, and a consultant to both private industry and the public sector. Ralph's focus is working with Wisconsin businesses in the northern part of the state. He has assisted numerous businesses in the machining/fabrication sectors succeed in government contracting.     Chuck Wallschlaeger, Government Contract Specialist
    Chuck joined BPAC in December 2003 and has a masters degree in Contract and Procurement Management from Florida Institute of Technology. He has served over 20 years in various logistics and procurement assignments for the U.S. Army and for the Joints Chiefs of Staff including procurement planner, contracting officer and administrative contracting officer positions.     Program Management

    Alphonso Cooper, Program Manager   
    Alphonso Cooper joined BPAC as the Center's Program Manager in March 2011. Al has over 34 years of management experience working for the State of Wisconsin and the County of Dane. He also has 17 years of government contracting experience, including five years as the assistant purchasing manager for Dane County Administration. He has trained approximately 6000 administrators, supervisors and staff in affirmative action and equal employment opportunity practices and requirements. Al has a Bachelor of Science degree in Education from the University of Wisconsin – Madison. He also studied at the National Institute of Governmental Purchasing (NIGP). Over the last 8 years, he has served on the City of Fitchburg Plan Commission , the Transportation and Transit Commission and the Economic Development Commission.  He has also served as President of the Wisconsin Association of Public Purchasers, the state affiliated chapter of the National Institute of Governmental Purchasing (NIGP).
