    The Business Procurement Assistance Center (BPAC) provides technical and marketing assistance to Wisconsin businesses interested in selling their products and services to the government. Our mission is to provide Wisconsin businesses the necessary tools to be competitive in the government marketplace.

    Since 1988, BPAC has assisted Wisconsin business win nearly $3.7 billion dollars in contracts!

    BPAC's staff of Government Contract Specialist can assist your business in all phases of government contracting!  A Government Contract Specialist is available to answer any questions you may have:

    In fiscal year 2008/2009, BPAC assisted nearly 1,100 Wisconsin businesses win a total of $617.3 million in contract awards
    • 3,345 federal procurement contracts, totaling over $555.2 million dollars
    • 14 state and local government awards, totaling $208,237 dollars
    • 74 subcontracting awards, totaling nearly $62 million dollars
    For every $1 of the BPAC operating budget, $511 is returned to Wisconsin businesses through contract awards.
    The Department of Defense estimated a total of 12,348 jobs were created and/or retained based on BPAC assistance.
