Yoga Level One and Level Two Classes Still Have Openings

    Want to stay fit or to try something new? Yoga level one and two classes begin this week. There's still time and room to join!

    Level One Yoga:
    silouhette of woman doing yogaA yoga practice to get you started in knowing the foundations of yoga, such as how to do poses and sequences. Also, a practice to begin to understand teacher instructions and methods. This level will lead you from a practice that moves methodically, but still includes all the poses and sequences of the level two class, to more rapid movement and greater challenge. (55-minute class)

    Level Two Yoga:
    A yoga practice that is not overly difficult or challenging, but includes elements of movement, challenge, and therapeutic benefit, healing. For students familiar with the instructor and/or yoga in general. (55-minute class)
