Women's Self Defense Class

    Self Defense PhotoThis could be one of the most empowering classes you'll ever take. Here's what you'll learn:

    -How to recognize and avoid an attack
    -Legal aspects of self defense, sprays, weapons
    -Escape techniques
    -Striking techniques   
    -Ground techniques

    This class is taught by Madison Area Technical College Police Tactical Instructors who are trained in martial arts. They'll demonstrate police tactics, kick boxing, jiu jitsu, and aikido.

    Who?
    The self defense class is open to females 18 and over. Limit 20 students. Class fee of $50 includes both sessions. Workout clothing is required.
