What's Towering Above Truax?

It's a bird! It's a plane! No...it's a giant construction crane!

If you were near Truax today you couldn't help but notice the large crane towering over the campus. The 310-foot crane is installing a back-up cooling system for the main Data Center.

Madison College had to get special approval from city, county, and airport officials to use the crane--which is as big as Godzilla!

The crane is expected to be at Truax for at least another day.
