Volunteer Center Thanksgiving Food Drive

    The Madison College Volunteer Center will be conducting a Thanksgiving Food Drive to support the Goodman Community Center from November 1 - 18. Each year, the Goodman Community Center provides 1,000 families in Madison with groceries to make a Thanksgiving dinner.

    In order to continue serving the community in this capacity, Goodman is requesting the following items:

    thanksgiving food drive-1,000 cans of vegetables
    -2,000 cans of fruit
    -1,000 jars of gravy
    -1,000 cans of cranberry sauce
    -1,000 disposable roaster pans
    -1,000 cans of pumpkin pie mix
    -1,000 cans of evaporated milk
    -1,000 boxes of Jiffy pie crust
    -800 aluminum pie tins

    The Volunteer Center will be seeking donations of the items listed above at the Truax and Downtown Madison College campuses. If you bring items in, please drop them off at any of the green or grey bins on campus.

    Can't find an item on the list? No problem! The Volunteer Center will have the items listed above available for donors to purchase at the Student Life office in Truax room 140. So please, make a donation today!
