Upcoming WACTE Events

Wisconsin Association for Career and Technical Education (WACTE) wants to encourage you to consider attending one or both of the following events: 

-WACTE Legislative Seminar
 Thursday, February 25
  8 a.m. to 3 p.m. at DTEC and the State Capitol
-WACTE 74th Annual Conference
  April 21-23
  Radisson Paper Valley Hotel, Appleton

Our chapter will pay the registration fees for up to 10 individuals to attend the Legislative Seminar and up to 5 individuals to attend the Conference (early bird rate ends this Friday).

Why attend these events?
WACTE is the state association of ACTE, the singular voice representing all of career and technical education to legislators and policy makers at all levels. In this non-budget year, we need to make contact with our state lawmakers, thank them for the current biennium budget, remind them that we are the driver of the economic recovery for the state and make ourselves and Madison College one of their greatest assets.
