UN Declares 2011 the Year of Peoples of African Descent

The African Student Association (ASA) Club at Madison Area Technical College wishes to inform the Madison College community that the United Nations has declared 2011 as the "Year of Peoples of African Descent". In recognition of 2011 as the Year of Peoples of African Descent, ASA members and Friends will dedicate its Annual one-week Celebration of Africa to this event. More details on the African Week will be circulated later.
