Toys for Tots Needs Volunteers

Here's your chance to help the Salvation Army register families to receive toys for their children and a holiday meal this Christmas season.

Volunteers will welcome families from diverse and ethnic backgrounds, receive necessary documentation and determine eligibility for services. The successful volunteer will enjoy people and have keyboarding experience to enter family applications into a data base.

The mission of Toys for Tots is to help children experience the joy of Christmas and to unite the community in a common cause each year during the campaign.

Dates: November 8-11 and November 15-18
Where: The Salvation Army Community Center at 3030 Darbo Drive, Madison, WI 53714  
Time: 10 a.m. to noon or 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
Training: 45 minutes prior to the start of your first volunteer shift (9:15 a.m.)
Parking:  Anywhere in the parking lot
Entrance: Come in the main doors to the right and look for the Noah's Arc room next to the cafeteria.
Noah's Arc Room: Will be where the volunteers will sign-in, take breaks and grab refreshments.
