Student Satisfaction Survey

Madison College will once again conduct a study of our students’ satisfaction with programs and services by administering the Noel-Levitz Student Satisfaction Inventory (SSI). The SSI was last administered in 2009. The College has chosen to administer the SSI this year in order to determine if the recent enrollment surge has had any affect on student satisfaction levels.
The Noel-Levitz Student Satisfaction Inventory is a voluntary survey completed online by enrolled degree-credit students. The SSI asks students to rate their satisfaction and level of importance on a wide variety of programs, services and other student-related issues. The survey will be available to students beginning Monday, April 12, through Sunday, April 25. Computers to complete the survey will be available in the Truax Cafeteria and at each regional campus and a link is available from the Madison College website. Everyone’s assistance is needed to encourage students to participate in this survey.
The results of past surveys have assisted the College to identify and support the implementation of several student-related improvements. Some examples of past efforts to improve student-related programs and services include streamlining the online registration process, providing students with the ability to look up their grades in their Student Center, and improving parking initiatives (bus program and tighter parking lot security).
