Staff Directory - It’s as easy as 1, 2, 3!

An updated Staff Directory will be coming out in early 2011 and your options are as easy as 1, 2, 3:

1.) If you want your current OneCard picture in the new directory, you don’t need to do a thing. Relax, sit back and wait for the new directory to be available.

2.) Have your OneCard photo retaken by no later than December 23. If you don’t mind your photo being included so long as your photo is updated – you need only update your photo in a timely manner.

3.) Opt out of having your photo included by no later than December 23. Give us your full name and ID number and we will make sure your photo is not used.) If you opted out of including your photo in our 2007/08 Staff Directory, it will not be included in the 2011 directory unless you change your “data release status” on file with Human Resources.
