Have some fun and help raise money for the Edward “Eddy” Bailey Memorial Scholarship Fund.
Eddy Bailey was a junior business student at the University of Wisconsin-Madison. He died unexpectedly on November 12, 2002 of Type C Meningococcemia. Eddy’s mother, Gail Bailey, is a business teacher at the Watertown Madison College campus.
Eddy wore shorts all of his life and wanted a career where he could wear shorts every single day!
All participants are invited to wear shorts on Wednesday, November 9, to raise awareness about meningococcal disease and the new vaccine MENACTRA and to raise money for a scholarship which will go to a deserving Madison College student!
Purchase a pair of paper shorts for $1 or more and enter your name in a drawing for one of our spectacular door prizes! A special table will be set-up in the cafeteria.
All donations are tax deductible! Show us a little leg for a worthwhile cause!
