Seven Students Receive Time Capsule Challenge Awards

Last fall, Madison College asked the public to submit an object, idea or concept to send to the future of Madison in a “time capsule.”
The goal was to inspire forward-thinking ideas for improving our community. More than 350 ideas were submitted by K-12 and college students as well as members of our community.
On January 25, the College awarded scholarships to the students who provided the Best Ideas for the Time Capsule that will be opened in the year 2112 when Madison College turns 200 years old. These students submitted truly thoughtful essays to explain their ideas.
