Program Directors and Department Chair Academy!

We welcome “new” and “veteran” Program Directors or Department Chairs to participate and continue to develop their chair/program director skills!

The second annual Program Directors and Department Chair Professional Development Academy will be offered in response to the needs analysis gathered by CETL from Chairs, Program Directors and the Teacher Union leadership.

The Academy will be facilitated by CETL staff and current chairs or directors. The major outcomes of this day-long training are:
-Defining the leadership role
-Developing skills and abilities to perform chair/program director role

This activity counts 8 Hours towards recertification. Follow-up sessions are planned for the Convocation sessions during the 2011-12 Academic year.
