New Instructors: How to Save Time and Money!
Submit your print jobs online or deliver them in person to the Print Services staff at Truax in room 213A.
The Print Services Department is the least expensive alternative for printing course handouts, exams, bookstore packets and books and other instructional (or non-instructional) materials.
Materials duplicated and/or copies made on general use copiers are all charged to the same departmental Chart Field. It is by far more cost-effective to plan ahead and use Print Services. Most jobs are out of the shop within a few days, while many are completed the same day received.
Duplicating is provided for any size job. A wide variety of colored and specialty papers are available. The Print Services Department provides many other finishing operations such as three hole-punching, folding, tape binding, comb binding and shrink wrapping.
