New Phone Changeover Successful

This is a note to tell you that Center Offices throughout the College were moved to the new phone system last night.

They include the following areas across Truax and Commercial Avenue:

- Adult Learning
- Ag and Tech
- Arts and Sciences
- Business and Applied Arts
- CMAT
- Health and Safety Education
- Academic Planning and Operations for the Centers

You’ll be able to use all of the numbers you’re familiar with to interact with these folks. You will however, encounter an auto attendant when you call each of these Centers. They have been unified across the College to provide a similar customer experience and also aid in the administration of hours, holidays, and weather information. You might also encounter a different person within the department answering your call than you were expecting. This is due to the addition of hunt groups, allowing for the calls to be directed to a group of people who can assist you. Please let us know if you have feedback on any of these changes as a customer!

Users in both buildings will have support this week to ensure that any technical glitches or end user questions are resolved as quickly as possible.

Please be patient with folks, however, as they navigate the new system.
