New Mailbox Update

With the start of school there are many changes. There are new phones and mailboxes for all faculty and staff, including Part-Time workers. If you have not picked up your new mailbox combination, please stop by the window and ask one of our staff.

To accommodate the Part-Time teachers accessing their mailboxes, we will be open from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m., Monday through Thursday, August 23-26, as well as August 30-31 and September 1-2.

Fridays, August 27 and September 3, we will close at 4:30 p.m. We will resume with our regular schedule September 7th. Regular hours of operation will be 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday.

Deadlines are as follows:
- All mail needing to be metered and mailed must arrive in the Truax Mail Center by 3:15 p.m. daily.  
- Packages requiring expedited services have to be received by 2 p.m.  
- If you are shipping via ground services or mailing internally to one of the four satellite campuses (Reedsburg, Fort, Portage or Watertown), the deadline is 2:30 p.m.

We also provide mail delivery to the six Madison campuses on a daily basis:
- Depart Truax promptly at 9:30 a.m. for South Madison and then to West campuses, returning
approximately 11 a.m.
- Depart Truax promptly at 11:30 a.m. for TEC, Fire, Comm Ave and the Downtown campuses.  We return approximately 12:30 p.m.
