New Deadlines for Submitting Stories to Matters

Due to the increased number of Matters stories, we have established new deadlines for submitting your requests.

New Deadlines:
-Want your story posted on Tuesday? 
  It must be in the Matters inbox by noon on the preceding Friday.

-Want your story posted on Thursday?
  It must be in the Matters inbox by noon on the preceding Tuesday.
