It's that time of year for the entire college family to celebrate the success of our graduates!
The Mid-Year Commencement Ceremony will be held Thursday, December 17, in the H. Douglas Redsten gymnasium with the processional beginning promptly at 6:30 p.m. Realizing that many of you may receive inquiries from those students graduating, following is some essential information regarding the ceremony. Additionally, the college has a webpage containing frequently asked questions and other important information.
Graduates have been asked to arrive at 5:30 p.m. to assemble for the processional for the ceremony that will begin at 6:30 p.m. The doors to the hall will open at 5:30 p.m. for guests and the ceremony should last about one hour.
The student speaker of this December’s Ceremony will be Daniel Craven. Daniel is graduating from the Hotel Management program, earning a 3.7 grade point average while being an active student leader on campus, and working full-time in the hospitality industry.
As in the past, the ceremony will be broadcasted LIVE over the web for those that might not be able to attend. A punch reception will be held following the ceremony for graduates, their guests, and the college family to celebrate and meet.
Thanks.
