Madison College Unity Walk

Join the 9/11 National Day of Service and Remembrance movement by participating in the Madison College Unity Walk! The walk will take place on Sunday, September 11 at 1 p.m. at the Madison College Truax Campus at 3550 Anderson Street in Madison, WI. The 5,000 meter (5K) educational walk will take participants on the beautiful Starkweather Creek bike trail through the Carpenter-Ridgeway neighborhood.

Route:
The walk will commence in the parking lot near the soccer field south of the Madison College Truax Campus. The walk will continue down the Carpenter-Ridgeway neighborhood bike path. Walkers will not cross any streets and stay on the bike path for the entire route. Walkers will begin and end the Unity Walk in the same location (the parking lot near the soccer field south of the Truax Campus.)

This event is being coordinated by the Madison College Volunteer Center (a recognized student organization at Madison Area Technical College).
