Register Now for the Madison College Holiday Baseball Camp
Madison College is hosting their annual Holiday Baseball Camp on Monday-Wednesday, December 27-29. Get the unique opportunity to work with one of the top hitting coaches in the world, Minnesota Twins Major League hitting coach, Joe Vavra.
In addition to Coach Vavra, an extremely knowledgeable staff of baseball professionals will help lead your child through the camp.
The camp staff includes:
- Mike Davenport (Madison College Baseball Coach and Chicago White Sox Professional Scout)
- Dan Durst (Full-time Professional Scout with the Chicago White Sox)
- C.J. Thieleke (Madison College Assistant Coach and six year manager of the Madison Mallards)
- Jake Spaeth (Former NCAA Divison 1 and Madison College baseball player)
- Baseball players from the nationally ranked Madison College Baseball program
The camp also features quality personal attention, a low player to coach ratio, and an excellent training facility. Lecture, drills, and hands-on experience will help your child advance their baseball skills to the next level.
When: Monday - Wednesday, December 27-29
Who: Youth Players in Grades 1-12
Location: Madison College Truax Campus, H. Douglas Redsten Gymnasium, 3550 Anderson Street, Madison, WI 53704
Format: Dec. 27 (Defensive / Pitching) and Dec. 28 - 29 (Offensive / Hitting)
What to bring: Each camper should bring a glove, bat, batting gloves, and tennis shoes. No black soled shoes or spikes allowed.
Insurance: All campers must have their own health and accident insurance. The parent/guardian must sign a waiver for the child to participate.
Cost/Discount: $90 ($10 per additional child discount for families with more than one camper)
