Lori Sebranek Returns to MATC

We're pleased to announce that Lori Sebranek has accepted the position of Learner Success Operations Director. This position will report directly to the Vice President for Learner Success.
In her role as Learner Success Operations Director, Lori will be responsible for a full range of outcomes that ensure the operational effectiveness and excellence of Learner Success including:
--analyzing and designing and/or re-engineering of business systems and processes across Learner Success;
--making appropriate recommendations and changes that will positively impact operational effectiveness;
--tracking and analyzing business unit trends–making recommendations and overseeing implementation strategies that will positively impact Learner Success;
--working closely with Center and regional staff, faculty, Learner Success administration, Enrollment Services, and Technology Services operations to assess and define information technology needs on a district-wide basis and to recommend to the vice-president methods to implement continuous improvement strategies; and
--serving as a project manager and leading a variety of key projects for Learner Success and the College.
Lori will be working collaboratively with Learner Success and other College units to achieve the outcomes listed above.
For the past year and a half, Lori has been working as Assistant Registrar for Curricular Services at the UW-Madison. Prior to that, Lori worked at our College in various roles, including Learner Success Project Leader, Student Development & Success Information Coordinator, Computer Information Systems Instructor, and Systems Project Leader.
Lori begins her duties with the College on Monday, October 12, 2009. She will be temporarily located in room 246A inside the Arts and Sciences Center. Please join me in welcoming Lori back to our College.
