Library Kicks Off I.N.K. Program

    Apple iPad2Phase one of the Truax Library, iPad2, Nookcolor and Kindle [I.N.K.] program began Wednesday, September 20 with our 10 iPad2s.

    Students only will be able to check out an iPad2 for use inside of the library. The iPads contain reference, educational, news, social, productivity and entertainments apps. And yes, we have added some of the fun stuff like Angry Birds, too! In addition, they can access all of our library resources, including Films on Demand.

    Students will need to sign our equipment agreement form (one time only) and complete a short survey to help us assess the project.

    Nookcolors and Kindle DX’s are phase two and three of the project and will be integrated within the next month.
