    Working Out!The spring Employee Wellness Challenge encourages you to get moving!

    The Physical Activity Challenge begins March 28 and ends May 8. The goal is to do some form of physical activity 5 days a week. The Centers for Disease Control recommends 30 minutes of moderate-intensity aerobic activity at least five days a week, however please select a goal that's attainable for you…30, 15, or even 5 minutes a day.

    All Madison College employees are welcome to participate for a chance to win some fun prizes!
