    Guy ThorvaldsenMadison Area Technical College English instructor Guy Thorvaldsen was one of three writers who read from their creative work prior to Michael Pollan's presentation at the recent Food for Thought Festival in Madison.

    Guy is a Madison Magazine award winner for his memoir titled "Vegetable Dreams." 

    Way to go Guy!
