Green Bag Luncheon Launches Sustainability Project

    Madison College Environmental Sustainability Alliance (MESA) logoMESA, Madison College's sustainability alliance, is hosting a "Green Bag Luncheon" featuring Maria Sadowski of the Madison Environmental Group on Wednesday, February 3, from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m.  in the Truax Student Lounge (room 142AB).

    Students, faculty and staff are invited to the lunch to kick off “ENACT Steps to Greener Living,” project to encourage sustainable living on campus. Come early—there’s enough chili for about 75 attendees.

    ENACT will:

    • Encourage people to take actions for sustainability in their daily lives.
    • Provide community resources to facilitate sustainable living.
    • Build community among participants.
    • Show measurable impact on lifestyle changes by tracking results.
