    Bike Commuter Workshop

To kick off Bike to Work Week (June 6-11), the Bicycle Federation of Wisconsin, Downtown Madison Inc. and Godfrey & Kahn S.C. are offering a free workshop with local business leaders who will share simple tips to make bike commuting convenient and fun.

The workshop will be held on Monday, June 7, from noon to 1 p.m. in the Madison Municipal Building, Rm. 300, (215 MLK Jr. Blvd).

The Bicycle Federation of Wisconsin and its partners are also offering free coffee and snacks every morning along major bike routes. You can stop at these "commuter fueling stations" to find out more about bike commuting and even have a mechanic do a basic check-up on your bike. A full listing of commuter station locations and other Bike to Work Week activities is on their site. Basic bike commuting tips can be found online as well.

    Enjoy your commute!
