First Annual PT Faculty Recognition

    On May 12, College Peparedness and Academic Advancement Center (CPAAC) had its First Annual Part-Time Faculty Recognition at Door Creek Colf Course in Cottage Grove, WI.

    and PSRP staff attended. 

    Retiring instructors were recognzed for their years of meritorious service.  Certificates of Appreciation were given out to teachers with 20, 10 - 19,
    and 5 - 9 years of service. The Madison Mellophonium Jazz Orchestra Band played music, and there was food enjoyed by all. The event was a wonderful way to celebrate the important work that our Part-time faculty do in CPAAC.

    CPAAC serves more than 6,000 students at the Truax and Commercial Avenue Campuses,
    the Downtown Education Center (DTEC), the South Madison Education Center (SMEC),
    4 Regional Campuses, 10 outreach sites, 7 workplace education sites, and 3 county jails. 

    There are currently 26 Full-Time and 125 Part-Time instructors for students and CPAAC.
