Facilities Areas Move to New Phone System

This is a note to alert you that people in the facilities areas were moved to the new phone system Monday night. This includes facilities planning and facilities operations like the mailroom, shipping and receiving, custodial and maintenance.

You’ll be able to use all of the numbers you’re familiar with to interact with these folks. When contacting operations, however, you will notice that an auto attendant was added to better direct those call. Please let us know if you have any feedback as a customer!

Users in both buildings will have support after their conversion to ensure that any technical glitches or end user questions are resolved as quickly as possible. Please be patient with folks, however, as they navigate their new system.
