Enrollment Center Welcomes New Student Services Manager

The Enrollment Center is pleased to announce that Bill Dougherty joined the leadership team of the Enrollment Center as the new Student Services manager on November 28.

Bill will be managing the Enrollment Center’s Customer Service and Call Center staff to coordinate front-line services needed to assist students and staff. He will be working in coordination with the Admissions, Financial Aid, Records and Veterans Benefits departments within the Truax, West and Downtown Enrollment Centers.

A graduate of Edgewood College with a B.S. in English, Bill earned his Master’s of Science in Education in Student Affairs Administration in Higher Education from UW-La Crosse. Bill brings a wide range of educational leadership experiences to the Enrollment Center leadership team, most recently serving  as an enrollment facilitator within the Enrollment Center’s customer service team. 

Prior to joining Madison College, Bill served as assistant director of Student Leadership and Programming at Clark University, where he advised over 100 campus organizations on programming, budgeting and team development while facilitating leadership opportunities. While at UW-La Crosse, Bill also advised student leaders as the university’s Campus Activities Board Advisor.

Bill lives in Madison with his wife, Kate, and their dog, Bo. We are lucky to add such a strong and accomplished leader to our Student Services team. Bill brings together all the elements of a leader and we look forward to him taking the reins and guiding us into the future.
