The Enrollment Center would like to introduce the newest additions to our team. Please join us in welcoming them.
New Hires
Leah Meicher – Project Leader, Enrollment Service Operations – On September 7, 2011, Leah joined the Enrollment Services Operations team as a Project Leader. Although most recently, Leah served as an Information Systems Specialist at UW-Madison, she has previous Madison College experience as an Analyst/Programmer and Information Coordinator. A graduate of UW-Platteville with a B.S. in Business Administration, Leah earned her M.S. in Educational Leadership and Policy Analysis from UW-Madison. (PHOTO: Lucas, Leah and Matt)
Matthew “Matt” Daniels – Communications Analyst, Enrollment Service Operations – On October 31, 2011, Matt joined the Enrollment Center as a Communications Analyst in Enrollment Services Operations. A graduate of UW-Madison with a B.A. in English, Matt earned his Journalism Certificate at Madison College where, as a student, Matt served as the Sports Editor for The Clarion and worked in the Athletics department.
Jordan “Jodie” Pope – Enrollment Facilitator, Customer Service – On October 31, 2011, Jodie joined the Customer Service team as an Enrollment Facilitator. Most recently Jodie worked as an Administrative Specialist as a casual employee for Madison College. Jodie is currently working towards her Associate’s of Arts in Madison College’s Liberal Arts Program.
Lucas White – Enrollment Facilitator, Customer Service – On November 1, 2011, Lucas joined the Customer Service team as an Enrollment Facilitator. Previously, Lucas served as Clerical Technician for the Center for Arts and Sciences and the School of Online and Accelerated Learning. A graduate of UW-Milwaukee with a B.S. in Architectural Studies, Lucas is currently working towards an M.B.A. in Business Administration at UW-Whitewater.
Promotions
Mikaela Figueroa – Administrative Specialist, Financial Aid – On September 12, 2011, Mikaela was promoted to Administrative Specialist in Financial Aid. A graduate of UW-Madison in Economics and International Studies with a master’s in International Public Affairs, Mikaela was previously an Enrollment Facilitator prior to her promotion.
Retirements
Cathie Marty – On October 27, 2011, Cathie retired from Madison College as an Enrollment Facilitator after providing over 21 years of service to the college. Cathie joined the college in September 1990.
Mary Tremain – On November 17, Mary retired from Madison College as an Enrollment Facilitator – Records after providing more than 28 years of service to the college. Mary had been with the college since November 1983.
