Enrollment Center Staffing Update

The Enrollment Center would like to introduce the newest additions and changes to our team, and invite you to join us in welcoming them.

NEW HIRES:
Craig Buxton – Enrollment Facilitator, Customer Service
On October 11, Craig joined the Enrollment Center as an Enrollment Facilitator in Customer Service. A graduate of Herzing University with an associate degree in Business Administration and an emphasis on management, Craig was previously a Sales Associate for West Business Services in Middleton, WI.

William Dougherty – Enrollment Facilitator, Customer Service
On October 11, Bill joined the Enrollment Center as an Enrollment Facilitator in Customer Service. A graduate of Edgewood College with a bachelor’s in English, Bill went on to receive a Masters in Student Affairs Administration in Higher Education from UW-La Crosse. Bill was previously Assistant Director of Students Leadership and Programming at Clark University, in Worcester, Massachusetts.

Margaret McWilliams – Enrollment Facilitator, Customer Service
On September 7, Maggie joined the Enrollment Center as an Enrollment Facilitator in Customer Service. A graduate of UW-Madison with a bachelor’s degree in Spanish, Maggie is currently working toward a Master of Science in Educational Leadership and Policy Analysis. Maggie was previously a personal banker at Park Bank in Madison, WI.

Mikaela Figueroa – Enrollment Facilitator, Customer Service
On September 7, Mikaela joined the Enrollment Center as a full time Enrollment Facilitator in Customer Service. A graduate of UW-Madison in Economics and International Studies with a master’s in International Public Affairs, Mikaela was previously a casual Enrollment Facilitator in Customer Service prior to accepting a full time position.

Dustin Pence – Enrollment Facilitator, Admissions
On December 6, Dustin joined the Enrollment Center as a full time Enrollment Facilitator in Admissions. A graduate of Santa Fe College of Gainesville, Florida, with an associate degree in General Education, Dustin also attended UW-Madison and studied Anthropology. Dustin was previously Office Manager at Christian Concern for the Community (CCC) in Gainesville, Florida, and After School Program Director at Capitoland School in Madison, WI.

PROMOTIONS:
Rachelle Scalzo – Enrollment Facilitator, Admissions and Records
On October 12, Chelle was promoted to Enrollment Facilitator in Admissions and Records. A graduate of UW-Whitewater, Chelle holds a bachelor’s degree in Journalism with a minor in Sociology. Chelle was previously a Clerical Assistant in the Call Center as well as an Enrollment Facilitator in Financial Aid for the Center for Adult Learning (CAL). Prior to joining Madison College, Chelle was a writer/editor at Electronic Data Systems (EDS) in Madison, WI. Chelle is also working toward a Web Development Certificate at Madison College.

Maria “Tina” Stockton – Veteran Services Coordinator, Enrollment Services Operations
On October 11, Tina was promoted to Veteran Services Coordinator. A graduate of UW-Whitewater with a bachelor’s degree in English, Tina previously served as Interim Veteran Services Coordinator and Veteran Services Clerical Technician. Tina is currently pursuing a Master of Education in Curriculum and Instruction at UW-Whitewater.
