Enrollment Center New Phone System in Place

    telephoneThe Enrollment Center area has successfully moved to the new phone system. The new system offers a lot of new features for this area, so they are very excited about the change.

    This is a huge milestone for the telecommunications project as the Enrollment Center is the largest user phone customer within the college.

    Congratulations and thank you to all who participated and made this change a success!

    Nothing changes about how you or an outside caller interacts with these departments because of the new phones. All numbers stay the same, and the same great people will be there to assist you.

    There are some subtle differences a caller might notice though. This includes improvements like updated options on the phone menu and the addition of hold music. If you have any feedback about the updates or happen to come in contact with another customer (such as a student) who does, please let us know!

    The Enrollment Center will have lots of support to ensure that any technical glitches or end user questions are resolved as quickly as possible. Please be patient with folks in that area, however, as they navigate the new system.
