Engaging Students in Classroom Discussions
Wed, 02/23/2011 - 13:12 — kfoster3
Think-Pair-Share allows students to first think individually about a question you have posed to the class, then they pair with a partner or small group to share each individual’s ideas, finally the pair or small group shares their ideas with the entire class.
Students who take an active role in classroom activities learn more deeply and remember what they learned longer.
