    hard hat and blueprintsWe are looking for someone who is looking for a small- or medium-sized garage for thier property. It would need to be within 20 minutes of Commercial Ave. You provide a slab to build on and a permit (we can help with that process), and we can bring and install walls and a roof. 

    We will tarpaper and maybe start finishes, and you will finish whatever is left. All you pay for is materials.
