College Faculty and Staff Members Publish Textbook

    BioTech TextbookThe faculty and staff of the Biotechnology Program just published a laboratory manual for teaching basic biotechnology laboratory skills (e.g., weighing, preparing solutions, performing tests of samples).

    The manual is Laboratory Manual for Biotechnology and Laboratory Science: The Basics, by Lisa Seidman, Mary Ellen Kraus, Diana Brandner, and Jeanette Mowery, published by Benjamin Cummings. This is the third book in a series for teaching basic laboratory skills to biotechnology students that was written by Madison College staff. These books are used in biotechnology programs around the country!
