The Native American Student Association wants to invite you to join in this local event:
The Center for Conscious Living presents Bobby Bullet in concert on Tuesday, November 16.
Weaver of stories, teacher of legends and keeper of traditions, Lac du Flambeau Chippewa singer-songwriter Bobby Bullet will perform at the Center for Conscious Living at 849 E. Washington Avenue at 8 p.m. Admission is $10.00.
Bobby’s recent CD “Scrapbook” was nominated for a 2010 Native American Music Industry (NAMI) Award in eight categories. Bobby has followed this up with his new CD “Bigfoot” which will be nationally released this month and available for purchase at the concert.
Performing solo with his guitar, audiences have come to expect an accessible style and a good laugh. Drawing on diverse musical influences from country, blues, jazz and rock, Bobby developed a form of Country-Folk music uniquely his own--over fifty years of writing and performing has grounded his music in personal experience and cultural history. His songs tell well-crafted stories that heal, teach and bridge his Native American roots to all peoples.
