Cafeteria Menu for Week of December 5

    Here's the December 5 weekly menu at the Truax and Downtown cafeterias:

    Fish FryMONDAY
    Cheese lasagna, meat or red sauce, roasted vegetables, garlic bread and beverage 

    TUESDAY
    Chicken and shrimp gumbo, Cajun rice, vegetable, cornbread and beverage 

    WEDNESDAY
    Baked ham, Mac and Cheese, vegetable, dinner roll and beverage

    THURSDAY
    BBQ beef brisket, French fries, Texas toast, cole slaw and beverage

    FRIDAY
    Fish fry, French fries, cole slaw and beverage (sorry, no fish at DTEC)

    NOTE: Beverage is choice of 16 ounce fountain drink, carton of milk or a 16 ounce brewed coffee. Service begins at 10:30 a.m. at Truax until sold out and at 11 a.m. at DTEC until sold out.
