    Buffalo SoldierThe Madison College United Common Ground proudly presents Buffalo Soldier: The Legacy, at the Mitby Theater.

    Local playwright Richard Scott highlights the historical contributions of African American Soldiers in the 1860s. The play chronicles a military campaign in the southwestern territories of Arizona and New Mexico during the war between the “Indigenous People” and the United States Calvary--the Indian Wars.
