Do you enjoy learning more about other cultures and meeting people from around the world?
The Center for International Education is seeking mentors for a group of 13 international students who will attend Madison College. These new students are coming from Egypt, Ghana, India, Indonesia, Pakistan, South Africa and Turkey, and will be studying Engineering Sciences, Media, Journalism, Marketing, and Tourism and Hospitality. These students will be at Madison College from August 2010 until May 2011.
The role of the mentor is to provide international students the opportunity to practice conversational English, enhance their understanding of U.S.
culture and family life, and provide social support as necessary.
