Apprenticeship Four-Year Report Released

ApprenticesThe Institutional Research Effectiveness (IRE) Department of Madison College has released the Apprenticeship Four-Year Trend Report.

It compiles the results of the annual Apprenticeship Follow-Up Surveys administered between 2007 and 2010. The survey, which is mandated by the Wisconsin Technical College System (WTCS), has been conducted on an annual basis since 2004.

The survey measures the satisfaction our apprentices have with their in-class instruction and on-the-job training. It also determines whether they have remained in their trade after completing their apprenticeship, and collects their employer information and salary data.

The data may be useful to program directors, advisors/counselors and community members in assessing the labor market, wage ranges, and student satisfaction trend.
