Animation Instructor Receives Gold Medal

Animation Instructor Ed Binkley was awarded a Gold Medal in this year's issue of "Spectrum: The Best in Contemporary Fantastic Art."

Spectrum is an illustration annual that showcases professional fantasy and science-fiction art from around the world. This year's edition is the seventeenth issue, and this is the tenth year Binkley's work has been selected for publication. His painting "The Mouse's Return" was published along with two other paintings, including a commissioned painting for Lucasfilm, Ltd.

Spectrum is published by Underwood Books and is released every year in November. For this year issue Spectrum received over six thousand entries.
