Ahedo Nominated for ATHENA Award

    ATHENA AwardValentina (Tina) Ahedo has been nominated for the ATHENA Young Professional Award! The award recognizes emerging leaders (age 25 to 40) who work to improve the lives of women in our community. 

    Tina is the program coordinator of our Diversity and Community Relations office. She has worked at Madison Area Technical College for the past five years.

    Last year, Arts and Sciences Associate Dean Shawna Carter won the ATHENA award. Hopefully we can make it two straight!
