2011 Staff Directory Will Now Include Part-Time Faculty

An updated Staff Directory will be coming out in early 2011 and this updated directory will now include all non-probationary Part Time staff.
Your choices for the directory are as easy as 1,2,3:
-If you want your current OneCard picture in the new directory, you don’t need to do a thing. Relax, sit back and wait for the new directory to be available.
-If you don’t mind your photo being included so long as you can update your photo – you need only go to the nearest OneCard office and update your photo no later than Friday January 21, 2011. (If you do not update your photo by then, your current OneCard photo will be used.)
-Opt out of having your photo included no later than January 21. Give us your full name and Employee ID number (This is a 7 digit number) and we will make sure your photo is not used.
