Mission

To jointly share in the development of a customer-focused, state-of-the-art environment for performing administrative business functions of the Southern Wisconsin Consortium.
The Southern Wisconsin Consortium is one of three Wisconsin Technical College consortiums that have selected PeopleSoft business solutions to replace existing human resource, payroll, financial, and student systems.

The Southern Wisconsin Consortium (SWC) consists of:

• Madison Area Technical College (MATC) 
• Western Technical College (Western)
• Southwest Wisconsin Technical College (SWTC)
