MATC's Beta Beta Psi Chapterof Phi Theta Kappa holds meetings roughly twice per month. Members of our organization are encouraged and cordially invited to attend our chapter meetings. Notice of meetings is provided on our web site calendar, distributed to the membership via email from our VP of Communications and usually posted on the white board on the door to our office in room 131.

For members who have not attended a meeting and others who might be curious as to what actually goes on at a chapter meeting, we post the minutes from each meeting on this web site. Follow the provided links organized by date to read about any or specific meeting minutes.

Basically, all meetings follow a general agenda and are governed by an adaptation of " Robert's Rules of Order"--
